I’m a firm believer that a stress-free pregnancy can only lead to a stronger and more fulfilling maternal bond, and what better way to achieve this than through yoga.
Yoga not only offers you and your baby a fantastic opportunity to relax and reflect, it also provides the perfect exercise at a time when high impact, intensive training is perhaps no longer suitable. Pre-natal yoga is extremely safe you both and is suitable for almost all expectant mothers. We aim to ensure your body and mind are in the best possible condition as you approach labour.
Every aspect of our pregnancy yoga classes is designed to help mothers-to-be in their preparations for birth. A significant focus is placed on deep breathing techniques and meditation, developing relaxation skills that will prove invaluable throughout labour. Birth can be a daunting experience, so building positivity and a calm outlook is prioritised in the approach we take.
