After spending years working in property management in London I was left feeling stressed and unfulfilled. I personally discovered the many benefits of massage therapy when I fractured my ankle and was so profoundly affected with the difference in my physical health and emotional well being that I felt compelled to leave my job in order to study Holistic Massage.
Now, health and wellbeing is my life! I practice yoga every morning, regularly attend and support my community fitness centre and have recently learnt how to swim. I have more energy, strength, flexibility and body awareness in my forties than I had in my twenties.
Since taking the leap into the holistic lifestyle and therapy I have studied and qualified in a variety of disciplines which I am now able to offer you. I specialise in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release and Thai Yoga Massage. Most recently I focused my studies on Sports Massage and am excited to be learning about remedial massage for pain relief, trigger point therapy and sports stretching techniques.
