Yoga Teacher in London

For the uninitiated, yoga is a fantastic and ancient practice that brings together breathing techniques and gentle movements to create a truly relaxing experience. It joins the mind and spirit in tandem, releasing pent up stress and replacing it with a blissful sense of well-being.

In today’s fast paced world, the benefits of yoga are more apparent than ever. With the hustle and bustle of city life dominating the lives of so many, it can be easy to overlook your inner self. Whilst many of my existing clients find the time to attend my classes, this is not easy for everyone. That is why I also offer a bespoke home service for individuals who feel more comfortable relaxing within their own familiar surroundings.

Classes encompass all aspects of yoga and I cater for all levels, from beginners to those with more experience. Asana (postures and stretching), pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga philosophy are all included, meaning you will receive a truly holistic meditative experience. I will also teach you how to introduce elements of yoga into your everyday life, providing you with the tools to enable you to maintain your relaxed state throughout your working week.

Yoga is a discipline I love to share due to the wide range of benefits it provides. As well as the internal boost in regard to relaxation and well-being, lesser recognised physical benefits include:

  • Increased flexibility
  • Increased muscle strength and tone
  • Improved respiration, energy and vitality
  • Maintaining a balanced metabolism
  • Weight reduction
  • Cardio and circulatory health
  • Improved athletic performance
  • Protection from injury

Contact me to find out more about the yoga services I offer around London. Whether at my Central London base or within your own home, I can open your eyes to the lifelong benefits of yoga. Get in touch and let the journey begin.
